Valkyria Chronicles Review

Lavish and wonderful...beautiful does not begin to describe the game.

The most fulfilling game experience I've had this generation. I played the game without letting a character die.


A must own for PS3 fans...we need a sequel on PS3!

i see alot of simalaritys with sakura wars in this game. i can't wait for valkyria chronicles 2 (seeing as i don't own a ps3) i'm also thinking of getting a ps3 (mostly for this game but there are others i want also.) what do you think?

@TravisTuchdown The PS3 is a solid system with a stack of great titles - if you do definitely grab Valkyria Chronicles if you are interested in it.

@segashiro. White Knight Chronicles is awesome. But isnt it just japanese culture to make every damn character attractive and young. i don't like the art style either and the story is generic but It was a blast to play. have you played demon souls?

@Rorschach1212 I have it on the shelf...I tried it for an hour or so accidentally killed the shop keeper while figuring out the controls :)

I put it back on shelf and have been meaning to go back to it but haven't yet.

the combat system reminds me of final fantasy 12 or white knight chronicles.
