Is the Holy Spirit a person?

Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the Holy Spirit is nothing but a mere active force (similar to electricity) used by Jehovah God. Is this true?

In the book "Should you believe in the Trinity?" of the Watchtower Society, they wrote that even if the Holy Spirit is personified in the Bible, this does not mean that he is a person, even less God! After all, other things have been personified.

For instance:

Wisdom: Pr 1:20 / 8:1,12,22-31 / 9:1-6,11
Intelligence: Pr 8:1
Sin: Gen 4:7
Sin and death reigned: Rom 5:14,21
Water and blood: 1 Jn 5:6-8

Yes, all these things and more have been personified, but only in these few verses. What does the Bible reveal about the Holy Spirit? Is he personified exclusively in a few verses? Or in practically all of the Bible (Old and New Testaments)? I challenge anyone to compare!

Do you understand that if there is a God, he can communicate and reveal himself to people? And God only reveal himself to those who seek him. Once he reveals himself, you cannot deny it. I can only speak for myself. You would need to go through it, except you have to be willing.

The Holy Spirit is Creation itself. it is not a person. Creation stands above humanity, above god and above everything.

It appears to be perfect by human comprehension. but this is not so.

Since Creation is spirit and thus lives, even it must forever perfect itself.

But since it is one within itself. it can perfect itself by way of it's own creations,

through the generation of new spirit forms that dwell within humans,

give them life, and evolve towards perfection through their learning...

Is the Holy Spirit a person? I think the Holy Spirit is the Blood. Holy Spirit has been poor out for man-kind win you are born of the Spirit by the power of the "Holy Ghost" and "baptize with fire" not water... For water is for repentance

When you know a person, it is easier to believe He is a person. Jesus is is heaven at the right hand of the Father. It is quite technically the Spirit of Christ who we are acquainted with.
