  • It may not seem like a lot of food, but that's good enough for me. I get lots of vitamins and minerals. I find it easier to continue a low-calorie diet if it is low in carbs as well.

This is what I got today for 1500 calories:

    BREAKFAST:

Dried prunes, 12= 400 calories, one avocado= 350 calories, LUNCH: Veggie mix (one carrot, one tomato, lettuce in blender) =100 calories, Tuna, 1 can = 250calories

    DINNER: Chicken breast, 1=300 calories

    Olives (40) =100 calories

  • They key to weight-loss for me was education. If you want to fix your own car, you need to read about mechanics. If it is your body you want to fix, you need to learn about nutrition.

See next comment for what I had today...

  • no wonder am overweight. just a little bit. I don't know anything about calories or have much you have to eat to gain 1 pound
