To survive in todays globalized world, more states than ever before seek the benefits of free trade and open exchange. H.E. Camilo Alfonso Ospina Bernal and the Hon. David Lemor draw on their expertise and experience to examine the political and economic implications of Colombia and Perus developing free trade agreements with the United States. Ambassador Alexander F. Watson is Managing Director at Hills & Company. Ambassador Watson served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, Deputy Representative to the United Nations, and Ambassador to Peru, as well as chargé d'affaires in Brazil, Colombia, and Bolivia
