@lupine73 well what if i was to consider you and your entire family a terrorist organization? What if that was the case and was a complete misunderstanding? What if this misunderstanding led to the imprisonment of your family for a prolonged period of time with all of your rights taken away? The point is the constitution wasn't drawn up in an hour; the founding fathers knew what they were doing when they created peoples rights.

LOL Let's get the guy, hang him upside down, drop him the water and find out if there's more bombs. Torture has mixed effectiveness so suspending Miranda rights may not mean much anyway.

i don't think bill o'reilly is a complete idiot. but i think he knows how to intimidate people and uses it (unfairly) to his advantage. he's very tall and can get very loud and belittles the people he interviews... making him a giant dick. :D outside his own show, he tends to be more civil, though, since he has to actually obey rules pfft.
