I decided to begin a new life which includes eating the most healthiest living vegtables, fruits, plants & herbs on the earth! I use to have really bad allergies, food addictions, weight issues and more.

So, now that I'm eating superfoods I'm feeling incredible!! I being healed inside out!! It really is amazing!!!

I can't wait to see what other changes will occur in my life!!

Kudos to ya! Really, I mean that. Don't forget the fruit either. I've done it, and I've been thinking that I need to get back to it too. I get even smaller and more energetic when I have incorporated more fruit than veggies. Either way, I had more energy and strength than ever! Thanks for the inspiration!

I am being myself without being strictly veggie... but this could be a whole new experience :-)))
