Zur Mobilisierung der Hüftgelenke und Stabilisierung der tief liegenden Haltungsmuskulatur. Zur Entspannung.

Beschreibung: Angehobenes Bein mit der Hand halten, langsam im Hüftgelenk in kleinen Kreisen drehen. Becken stabil halten.
