This commercial happens to be one of my all time favorite commercials.
From the first time and now after all these years it still holds IMHO to be a classic.

Of course it's fake. The point is how well the special effects were done. As I say in the description "This young child is my son who is about 18 months but the mouth is that of a 7 year old. My son's mouth was digitally replaced by the seven year old's."
