@ToonSquad09 In my opinion the smartest ones are the ones you dont hear about that put the money into legit businesses and stop dealing and never get pinched. Frank was extremely smart how he ran things but he got too greedy. I bet even he would tell you for that he was dumb. He could have quit dealing way earlier and had plenty of money and businesses for many generations for his family. The feds seized everything he had. Whats left for his family? Still think hes one of the smartest dealers?
