I always find parallels between statism and religion really interesting. The coincidence of the "state" and "God", "government" and "church", and "utopia" and "heaven". It's interesting how, psychologically, these two institutions are so comparable. I wonder what will happen when we decide that, government, like the church, ought to be voluntary.
