what's the keyframing thing?

@gille90 Under render as, custom, video there is an option for second per keyframe. Set to 1 for higher quality but much longer rendering time.

@gille90 I use sony vegas pro 8.0 i render my videos at 1920*1200 resolution using .wmv windows media video v9 30 fps max quality, and keyframes every seconds
