  • Nice video. Both sets of musicians are good with the Zulu maintaining the traditional rhythm and Kaminetsky improvising superbly, interspersing short chops with longer riffs. The Zulu don't appear to water down the traditional composition and Kaminetsky has to pick up the pace and adjust. He pulls it off credibly, and the Zulu respond. Both sets of performers dig in and work hard- there is little 'tourist' feel. Just a straight up authentic jam session- one musician to another.
