i had this phone for over 2 years. all keys got broken (i dunno what it depends on) but had absolutely no problem for that. i only had a problem with opening/closing it for the last 6 months.
until it got completely broken (kinda my fault).
other than that, it was a great phone, i already miss it. no touch phone could beat it.
its fast, elegant, really easy to use, awesome quality of music. but i guess its time to move on

I loved this phone. First phone I ever bought and I got it for $150! The keys broke for mine.

@bradfershucker I had this phone for a year. I loved it so much but the all the keys cracked. :( Also, sometimes the speakers didn't work but I just turned it on and it worked again lol every time my heart stopped for a bit. Great phone.

had this phone as a nice little pay and go phone for past two years, (how technology advances so quick!)...time to get a smartphone i think

it's ok I have it for almost 4 years now… hum this phone is not as good as we think.
issues with the cameras, memory only up to 2 gb. I actually do have a 4 gb memory card and it's working but not as well as I was expecting…
I did like it at the beginning… but the litlle issues above are pissing me off so bad now lol…
sorry to tell you that but you should get another phone… probably the Walkman model which is almost the same as the s500i

I like this phone. I got it for a year now. It has a very nice software theme (Everchanging). No broken keys with my phone whatsoever.
