If your really concerned about their take on hardcore you can search google and read interviews with them.

To say they are "making fun" of hardcore is too simplistic a view.

It doesn't seem like they are making fun of anything, they just seem like gay hXc kids-I think the people talking shit don't know anything about hXc. If you are core you belong regardless of what your personal life...there is mad diversity in hXc-thats how I came up anyway. This has a real hXc sound-unlike these new so called hXc kids that sound like metal!

It's called gaycore dude, a bunch of gay hardcore kids started cover bands but changed the lyrics to fit their homosexual lifestyle.

I didn't get that vibe either. If they are making fun of anything, I think it's the tough guy posturing you see sometimes. Sort of like, "Ok big man, we're going to come give you what you ought to enjoy anyway!" hehe : )
