  • Hey Ben,

I'm not sure there are a lot of advantages. It overloads the rear delt a bit more than a traditional row, but you also have to use less weight. It is really just something fun to try for variety.

  • ive read somewhere tht rotationg ur shoulder with weights is not a good idea and tht it can lead to an infection or something :S care to clarify?

  • it brings more muscle fibres into play because its not used to doing it, therefore you get more of a workout. your muscles are used to the traditional row, if you change it up a bit it will work muscle fibres that arnt used to being worked out. as long as you do it with proper form so you dont hurt yourself

why do you think construction workers are o tough, they are forced to use different muscles and lift things different ways so they dont tire themselves out

    think about it

  • Could you explain the advantages of doing a row in this manner?
