At 04:34 into the video, if black plays Ba6 and Na5 to attack white's doubled c4 pawn, couldn't white just play Qa4 and stop the attack on their c4 pawn?

Vintage GM Karpov! Up till the end, to the untrained eye, the average player (and even the average Grandmaster, probably) would have difficulty finding why Anatoly Evgenyvich was in complete control although it looked drawish.
Other than his choice of opponent (grin) what did GM Yusupov do wrong?
