I can't give you a blue print, but I can attempt to describe the design to you...
A motor has a round plate attached to it's shaft and there is a rope attached to that. When the motor/disk rotates the rope is wrapped around the disk. The rope looped over a bar at the top and directed downwards to the lifting arm. As the motor runs, the arm moves up and down because of the wrapping and unwrapping of the rope around the disk.
