she looks radiant and so healthy. amazing to see. i hope it helps me. im just struggling as i live in britain and a lot of the recipes are based on vegetables and fruit that you get in the states. so im having to use my own initiative. fresh food and organic is expensive here for those like me who are too sick to work. but doctors made my health worse so i figured even part raw and part cooked is at least a better step forward.

Since I have been on a raw food diet...well not 100 percent but I eat a mostly raw diet, my toe that had some nerve damage due to having it almost cut off has now regained its feeling. Thankyou for this video. This is an amazing testimony. I am glad that she thought for herself.
