Got my physical today will know blood work in a week or so.
Did a Spartacus workout. 25min
Got a foam roller for stretching.
*************************************************************
this one really kicks my butt. 60 seconds each exercise with 15 second break then 2 min rest and repeat.

6Half Burpees with Split
7dumbell shoulder press
8jumping jacks
9 Dumbell curl
10 Squat
