Cash for iPhone and Cash for Laptops is a SCAM in my opinion. PURE bait and switch. They made me an offer of $145 for my phone, then just sent me an email saying they revised their offer to $50. BUT when I go to their site now, it is making an offer of $155!
Stay away from this company!!!

  • They are not quite a scam, but once they have your phone, what can you do. Sent in two 3GS. Estimate online was for $340. They called and said they were worth only $140 because of each having a cracked ear phone jack and scratches on the back. 1) They had skins & screen protectors since new, so litterally NO scratches on them, 2) ear phone jacks were not cracked and 3) they said I only sent 1 power supply, but I actually didn't send in any. I finally got $250. Ebay was $400+ for the same.

  • @brentpederson

Here's what they sent me - Pending your approval we are prepared to offer $50

I sent them a letter with a link to this video and a promise to post it to 30 different video sites and to share it with my 2000+ facebook friends and 2000+ newletter subscribers.

I received a polite phone from a nice young lady trying to negotiate. I told her politely there was no negotiation I either wanted all of the money or the phone, and I assured her I WOULD follow through.

    I got paid in full

  • Oh man good thing I saw your video cause I was about to sell my IPhone on that website n they are telling me $115 for mine but I don't want them to tell me at the end oh your only getting $40 or less

  • @andyalfaro23 You just need to document your case well. Get lots of close up pictures and be prepared to hold their feet to the fire.

  • i just had the same experience with this company. classic bait & switch. they would not contact me for over a week AFTER receiving the phone, despite their claims of fast service. i tried to contact them repeatedly and all i would get is an automated response. when someone finally bothered to contact me, they wanted to give me $20 when they quoted me $140. i told them them to ship it back

  • Same problem, was quoted $300 for Ipad one, they offered me $130. Totally bogus. I didn't value it your website did. Very disappointed, poor company!!!!!

  • There is a pattern here. I turned in a 4G with a quote of $285. received a quote of 150 because of minor scratches on the back. Phone was always housed in a case. No scratches. Also turned in a 3g for a quote of 85. I was unable to respond in three days because of business and they sent me $5. Not a misprint FIVE dollars. This is a classic bait and switch. Boycott, Scam, Bait and Switch.

  • Guys report them to the BBB

  • I sold my phone to a website named recycle4cashnow they paid me what was promised, at least I wasn't tricked into sending my iphone for top dollar and then offered lowered. honest and fair. search them up !

  • thanks bro i came close to selling them mine

  • Thanks for doing this. I sent them a brand new iPhone 3gs that they said they would pay $275 for once verifying that it wasn't damaged. The scum called me back and offered $200 and said there was a scratch on the back. I knew this was a lie so I told him to send it back. Immediately he changed his tune and asked what I wanted. I told him $275 and he said "that's not happening." Got my phone back a week later. AVOID THEM!!
