guys, as stupid as it may seem.
I think the driver did that on purpose.
because in china, if you hit someone and cause them to become handicap, you will have to financial support them for the rest of their life (could be very costly depending on the condition). However, if you killed the victim, then it will be a one time fine.
Just suggesting the logic of the driver.
I am in no mean supporting his action, and i think the driver deserve to get shot.
