* Potato replace with cauliflower

* Bread / tortillas replace with Mama Lupe's Tortillas

* Chips/Fries replace with Celeriac (celery root) fries

* High carb sauces replace with sour cream & chive, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, roasted garlic Italian

* Chocolate bars & snacks replace with peperami (pork salami bar), string cheese, Go-Lower bars, pickled eggs

* Supermarket Peanut Butter replace with Natural Peanut Butter or other Nut Butters like Hazelnut Butter

* Crisps/Chips replace with Flavored Nuts

* Milk replace with Double/Heavy Cream with water

* Sugar replace with Splenda / Stevia

* Soda replace with Diet Soda sweetened with sucralose

  • @geewhiz76 Fat does NOT make you fat. Read Gary Taubes' book "Why We Get Fat, And What to do About It." Fat opens the pathway to RELEASE fat out of storage. Carbs lock that door shut.

  • Helpful video! by the way my mother tried this trusted natural diet named: Impact 790 Diet and lost 16 pounds within just a month. I can't remember the exact web site just Google it.

  • Good video but I think theres a lot of stuff here that we should just remove from our diet altogether, not try and substitute something else in for it. I.e sugar/artificial sweeteners, chocolate bars/crisps/pepperami (so highly processed) and soda whether its diet or not.

  • @hoppimike The body uses carbohydrates first before fat, and lastly uses protein. Thats why people who lose weight can still walk around because they still have muscle and obviously don't need protein. Fat people have unlimited energy really in terms of fat(watch the biggest loser) but fructose is not bad. The body doesnt turn anything into fat; the body turns fat to carbs for glycogen. The body runs on 2 things mostly; potassium and sodium. Sodium-veg and Glycogen-fruit; stay away from starch

  • @hoppimike when u eat carbohdyradtes they trun into a bodys natural sugar which will then turn into fat
