I'm with thunder here you don't know the shit a cop goes through in a day you think there to kill the fun or whatever they are there to stop you from kill yourself like if you house was broken into you call the police and ask for help, but you get a parking ticket and you hate the police like get tit straight ok god.

Wow your all so dumb there not there to arrest them or anything there only there to obsere what them so if they start a riot they cam arrest the ones who started it and are cause the biggest problems.

So, in other words, they ARE there to arrest someone.
Also, if you've ever been involved in part of some of these struggles, cops also use a lot of intimidation techniques, so as to keep protest virtually silent and non-existent.
To keep the illusion that everything is fine.
