Hydrogen drum machine with Akai LPD8 USB/MIDI pad

Using Hydrogen with a USB/MIDI drum pad.
You need to configure the midi input section.
Menu : Tools -- Preferences.
In the Midi System tab
I left the settings (I'm running Linux) to ALSA for the Driver and selected LPD8 as the input.

Correction to what I said in the video, the other drum pads I was thinking of were the Akai MPD, not MPC series.
