I believe its actually called Genital Reassignment Surgery. Gender is how you feel on the inside. So before the surgery your Gender was already female. Sex is whats in between your legs. But anyways, You got Marci Bowers! Cool!

@JelloJenni I had an Orchiectomy in 2008, which is the removal of my testicles, not the full GRS.
