  • Love to progress report... That must be so nice to have someone to workout with. Are you doing classic for the 2nd round?

  • im going to try and do doubles as much as I can. its just difficult to get up at 4am when I dont go to sleep til 10 or 11pm since I dont get home from work til 6pm. kinda nuts. But I REALLY want to do doubles, I think that will make a huge difference

  • Thanks. The diet really is the hardest part. Even with cutting out fried foods and soda and such. I hate veggies with a passion so I am still experimenting with alternatives to get those benefits without the taste of fresh mowed lawn. ;)

  • Hey man..check out my P90x nutrition and supplement outline video. I didnt follow the book at all and I think i've gotten some great results..its pretty easy and basic to follow

  • Try drinking a glass of low-sodium V8 for a serving of veggies. Also, raw baby carrots and sliced cucumbers are easy veggies to eat if you're not a big fan...
