get a trainer, wow, come on man, give him some real info. my information to zidanetitus6 is eat foods with protein and eat about 2 servings of foods like spaghetti, grilled chicken, etc. but no junk. and continure to work on your vertical during that span and you might do something good, and dre, give some real answers. last i checked you weren't in the nba so take some time helping people get better.

I just read your workout on you gaining weight and then feeling sluggish and what not. I'm 175 now and 6'3 and all I have been hearing from coaches is gain weight how can I get to 195 without loosing my vertical.
