trilha sonora do filme SOMEWHERE IN TIME (em algum lugar no passado) Música: THE OLD WOMAN / THEME FROM SOMEWHERE IN TIME Composta e conduzida por John Barry
I have loved this movie since the first time I saw it! The story is beautiful, as is the music! It's always been my favorite music, then I saw Out of Africa, and the music touched me as much as this did. Little did I know it is by the same person, John Barry. He created such amazingly beautiful arrangements for both movies! They touch my soul! just beautiful! Timeless (no pun intended)!
I have my moment in time. Just about every 5 years we seem to come together for a moment, perhaps 10- 15 mins when we lock into each others eyes and communicate for eternity. We have been doing this the last 50 years. I'm in Toronto, she is in Chicago.
It all started in a very small village in southern Italy. We must have started our communicatin while in our mother's wombs. Mothers were the closest and best of friends and so were we. No regrets, but when together we have our Moment in Time.
After seeing this I will go for a while to the watch the sunset and to remember my passed away young and beautiful wife. I have no words to explain this awful feeling, maybe nobody has, only God.Alberto.
No one will ever confuse me for liking soppy romantic "chick flicks" but somehow one late night this came on and I ended up watching it and actually really liked it especially the "Somewhere in Time" theme song. Afterward I went to imdb to find out more about the movie and found out that it was an box office failure but became a cult favor.
Today I have the DVD in my library of 2001: A Space Odyssey and Vertigo and City Lights (to give an idea of what my usual tastes in film).

@jillgivler I hope this posting "takes". She has green eyes, not dark brown as does the other actress.
I can not post a pix, as it will not take.

@molarmama5 But - Jane Seymour has brown eyes too. Look closely - you tell me, or am I colorblind?

I thought it was amazing just how her eyes changed to brown as she grew older.
Casting?
