Except that Hitchens, or virtually any atheist, DOESN'T say god doesn't exist, he says:
There is no evidence to support the premise that god exists, and therefore, by Occom's razor, it only makes sense to assume that that premise isn't true.
The entire "you can't disprove god" argument is ridiculous. You could apply it to any supernatural claim ever made by anyone, ever. There are some theist arguments that at least make you stop and think for a second, that is not one of them.
