There are certain programs for changing these pictures into icon files. One is Perfecticon which I use. This is mostly for using them on your dock if you have a windows dock like rocketdock, objectdock, rklauncher...

they don´t have much icons on iconlook. for example there is no twitter icon.

I said that in the video, that they aren't very big now, but it's still pretty cool for now. I hope they grow. It's in Beta afterall.

cool, i tried to set these as an icon and it puts a black or a white backgorund on the icon so it is not transparent and doesn't look nice.

Hm... that's odd, i just downloaded one, a my computer one, and it seems to work just fine. Are you trying to set them as a Desktop Icon? Well then you need a program like Perfecticon to change a picture into icon format. I'm pretty sure I did a video on that a while back. This should work for like rocketdock or something, i guess.
