  • Very fun recipe. Thanks so much. I wouldn't suggest taking the sugar as far as shown in this video, it makes it taste burnt. Other than that it is a great recipe. I used Granny Smith apples which is a nice contrast to the sweet sauce.

  • Hi, you need to take the sugar this far or the result is more like syrup than caramel.
