This was my first attempt at 200# overhead squat. The form wasn't good by any means...but then again Ive never attempted this much in an OHS. The depth was fine, considering the weight ended up forcing me into the "hole".
Thus my hip crease dropped below the top of my knee. As I drove the weight back up. I obviously mistakenly rolled up on my toes instead of pushing through my heels. WHOOPS.
And finally my full lock out at the top wasn't held long enough to prove it was full lock out. Guess I got a bit excited that I was able to get outta the "hole" with that much weight.
Better attempts will follow, this was just a practice attempt.
