Ingredients: 1 tblsp Oil, 2 teasp sugar, 1.5 tbsp minced ginger, 1 tblsp slice garlic, 300g chick breast or as desired, 1.5 C water, 2teasp salt, 2 teasp sugar, 2 tblsp fish sauce, 1/2 teasp pepper and salad as desired.

  • @LeHuyAnh Cool, thanks. I gotta try it with the brown sugar syrup marinade. Another recipe on my list to try. Thanks again.

  • @GetDamage I actually marinate the chicken with the ginger and brown sugar syrup, then after braising for 35 minutes on medium-high, I lower it to low-medium, and stir in the water and fish sauce, for another 10 minutes.

  • @LeHuyAnh It sounds good. I want to try to it. When do you add the brown sugar in? Along with the water and fish sauce, and do you marinate the chicken?

  • I prefer brown sugar; easier to cook with and brings out a richer flavour too the chicken.
