i go to the gym twice a day or go to the gym once a day then go for a run outdoors..hopefully if i were thinner i would be happier or i would meet a guy.. so i have to keep focus. i think you are inspiring.

what exercises do you do at the gym? I do 1 hour x-trainer, 10 mins rowing and 5 mins power plate every day and i LOVE it! xx

@elizadoolittle25 Hellooo :) I do approx. 50 minutes treadmill and then 15 minutes weights - sometimes do X-trainer or stepping machine. At the moment I'm just trying to increase the length of time I can run for because I'm working on getting my fitness up... Feeling so so porky after Xmas, thought the munching would never end! As for eating less on days I don't go to the gym, I guess this is true to an extent, although I'd phrase it as I eat MORE (deliberately) on days when I do go to the gym.
