nope, not usually. basically you usually just learn from a traceur in your area or learn on your own through youtube tutorial videos like the ones from urbancurrent, and even though that may sound stupid its not really. you can set up mats for safety but you usually dont go somewhere to learn it like you would Martial Arts

No, you can add in tricking etc. and most do including myself but that's not what makes it different. It's the philosophies. Parkour is about getting from pt A to pt B as quick and efficiently as possible using only your body whereas Freerunning is more about the journey than the destination. Parkour elevated to more of an art form than a strict discipline. Freerunning is about implementing ur own style, ur own way of moving, about expressing urself and most Freerunners happen to add in flips.
