Ignore the means in which Mayor Barnes accomplished such urban renewal - forcibly taking the homes and businesses of regular individuals playing by the rules, now likely destitute. It's disgusting.

Mayor Kay Barnes legacy to Kansas City is higher taxes, a mounting budget deficit, irresponsible corporate welfare, and over $2-million dollar lawsuit due to her discrimination against qualified, white women.
