Bolivians speak Spanish (Kmassabe) and yes we need more military power but there are other needs than that like education, health, jobs etc.
I think that Bolivia now more than ever has a litle political influence in the world and that its the reason of such new relations with countries like russia... good for them and for us so everybody is happy... o no? je je
