I too was fruitlessly looking for this song for about fifty years, until I discovered the Sheetmusic Warehouse, a UK site. Just do a Google search, then click on the title Love Is Where You Find It. It will be in a collection of about a dozen songs - I believe it is the last one in the book. Good luck with it; I'm sure many who manage to get it as a result will be very happy.

It is located in the UK, ironically enough. The selection is part of a collection of about a dozen songs in one binding. Just enter the title Love Is Where You Find It and this will come up. As a point of interest, like you, I was also looking fruitlessly for it for perhaps fifty years until I chanced upon this site. Good luck! I hope that this helps.
