The meaning is captured in the question asked. But what is life? all of life is a romance. The man feels love, his partners love ebbs, and then is gone. But life is a romance in every relationship. Consider the child-parent. In our most earliest of moments of life we desperately reach out to our mothers for love. We bathe in her touch. And then the romance of life require us to lose her when she passes. And we softly whisper to her that I am with you as in silence she sleeps!
