Well I can´t see the future, but I dont think it´s a joke. Actually the Mayas have serious predictions for 2012. There are scientific research about the dangerous global warming and sunspots too. Also I knew about "Garabandal", Spain; where 3 prophecies alert about facts of worldwide consequencies. I dont know what will happen in the world, but I think that something will happen...
The Mayans did not predict the end of the world in 2012. This is a bunch of ooga-booga hooey cooked up by people who don't understand the Mayan calendar was cyclical and that the 2012 is little different from our own changeover from Dec. 31 to Jan 1. The notion that the Mayans were predicting an apocalypse has been debunked.
