What you people fail to realize, is this aircraft is over 50 years old. No, it can't do the "Russian" "Cobra" maneuver, but then again this aircraft wasn't designed or built in the 90's like the famed Su37/47, or more recently the F-22/T-50. It has no canards or directional thrust. The J35 Draken is a magnificent, beautiful aircraft, and for taking to the air in 1955, has AMAZING capabilities and performance. One of the greatest aircraft ever developed. <3 J35

@kinohare Pugachev's Cobra was invented in late 70s on Su-27. Without any thrust vectoring. But it is great that this old hardware is capable of good stunts.

Suck on That Viktor Pugachev!

I dont care what the russians say that is the coolest looking cobra i have ever seen, probably because the aircraft doing it looks completely flawless.

Don't know how I ended up here. Being a pacifist at heart but a realist in my mind surfing You Tube. But I must say, even though this is instruments ow war, it is a ballet of the skies they are performing, the shape of the aircraft is beautiful and... the music fits perfectly.
WOW! That is very impressive. I guess the Russians had better watch out or Dolph Lundgren is gonna hurt someone! Show the Swedes some Respect!
BTW, there is one of these for sale out in Nevada, still in air-worthy, working order. But it isn't cheap, just in case someone is interested.
