  • ouch it looks like you were pulling her hair really hard. And you only need to run it through once. When you are straightening curling or waving doing it rough,fast, and a lot will guarantee frizz and damage. Girls its slowly and consistent you keep the straightener moving when you are straightening slow enough that it straightens in one try but fast enough that you don't get stuck in one place. And the slower you go when curling the tighter the curl the faster the looser the curl.

    heat protectent helps a lot,

    but it doesn't matter if you have ceramic plates, you're still pressing heat against heat on your hair damaging it.
