"Osmer" (not sure how it got that name) is between Warren and Joy roads just north of Ann Arbor. The A2 has a siding where they can pick up or drop off cars for the TSB, which owns the rails past Joy Rd. I work in that area during the night and sometimes see them working out there.

I Saw the same locomotives carrying a small load at Ida. The 2 Locomotives I believe are GP39-2 Locomotives
