In the future do you think universities will have photolectures? 20 mins of meditation/relaxation. 10 mins of wizzing through material on a white board and BOOM. 5 lectures worth of knowledge in 10 mins.

Id love to know how this works in the brain. In research Iv done, we assimilate the information which builds pathways in the brain to through encoding it into short term memory. We then have to review the information so it converts into long term memory by re-inforcing that pathway by repeating the information. We then recall this information from the storage area by travelling back down the pathways to the information. How does photoreading work with this. Sounds like short term M. to me.

@MerraWanna That just blew my mind! It's like the chicken or the egg.
Our understanding is that information can go directly into long term memory and work as a primer for conscious and unconscious processing. Read seminal book on this by Norman Dixon 'Preconscious processing'.

Well, you're not very well informed then. There have been hundreds if not thousands of public workshops all over the world demonstrating who the system works. And what is the above video demonstration of?

now this method would be extremely effective. But to my understanding this method can only be used with books like "simple" fiction. Now what i would be interested in doing is read every single university book i can find on biology and quickly be an expert on the subject. But if my mind have a hard time comprehending what is read. which it does when i read at normal pase, and i need to look it over sometimes and so on to understand it.
Will i then be able to photo read.. don't think so : /

Yes, photoreading and speed reading can be applied to most complex books, study books, university material. We've had hundreds of students on our courses and all have used speed reading techniques for their study. Just read the testimonials on our website spdrdng.com
