how to you get the modified text document back on your desktop after sync?

you have to hard reset your 680, search "treo 680 hard reset" on google to figure out how. after hard reset the first screen you see will be the language selection screen, select english. backup before you hard reset, hard reset is like formating your computer, all your data will be lost

please . . how can I change the french language to spanish ? I own a palm 680 and Im having trouble trying to change the language and my bluetooth wont woooooooork !!!! :(
