http://www.HDVideoBlogging.com - A lot of you are shooting your blog videos with Canon HDSLR's. The video quality is great! But, focusing, adjusting exposure and framing yourself can be a pain with these cameras.

Canon gives you free software for tethered shooting. What a lot of people don't know is you can use the software for shooting video too. In this video I show you how easy it is to use Canon's EOS Utility to control and monitor your camera.

  • Hey Mike, is the video being recorded to the computer or the CF card? Looking for a way to record straight to the computer.

  • @mdaleo great question!

The video is being recorded to CF card. I don't know of any solutions right now for recording directly to the computer.

If any anyone does know of a solution, post it in the comments. I would be interested in finding a way of recording directly to the computer too.
