I have a 3-d 35mm camera and viewer and its awesome, I bought it 10 years ago. The photos from it have 2 images side by side and when slotted into the viewer merge to one image that leaps out at you! There's no red and green lenses, rather like those 70's viewmaster toys.
I quite agree with you, no point in wearing glasses just to see things 3D, don't see the point of seeing people in 3D too. and 4D... I know what you mean ;)...
I buy one minoru 3d webcam, but I cannot see the "outline effect" in the windows application and setup!

I was thinking of buying the webcam to make a short film and I have to say: using the outline effect is really really cool !

there's no point really.. its just a new perspective ..a new way to watch a video, some people like it some people dont care.

doubt it will be a success, when u have to wear those silly glasses... its just like everything else that requires those glasses
