Today's the day for your HSM!!! Take it easy and take it slow. Savor every bite of it because you're not getting another one for a week!!
Remember, try to follow a 40/40/20 rule with your HSM and keep it lean. This is not a cheat meal, it's another supplement to your diet. Do not skip it. Skipping it will NOT make your results any better
@TJHart91 Thanks! The Velocity Diet is a hellish diet that I think everyone should try to do once in their lives. It will really remap the way that you think and make you truly appreciate the food that you do eat. If anything, I recommend following the videos day by day as you make your own journey through the V-diet.
Once I'm done with this I hope that you'll continue following me as I transition into a CKD diet.

Hey man, interesting diet you are on. Going to follow because I always like to hear about different types of diets and such and how they work for people. As for blisters, what always works for me is for the next like 3 days or so I put on "New Skin". It's like a clear liquid that covers up the blister and then I put a band aid to cover and I can always continue to lift with it. Good luck!
