The 8th grade students at Sunset Park Prep made this awesome movie of latex paint drying. Have you ever tried watching paint dry... on the BioBus? What you see is latex particles moving in from the left and forming a layer of 'dry' paint that slowly grows from the right. This movie was made in real time at 400x magnification on an Olympus CKX-41 phase contract microscope.
