@drewman1811 Wrong, transition should be infront of body, and you have the time til you get your hand to your hear to get the grip. If you transfer near your ear, you'll sweep your glove and your feet will go to the side instead of gaining ground and keeping your feet pointed to second base(or realistically a little to the right), and having only your torso rotated a little more than your lower body.
stepping past the plate is stupid one miss step or under step and your metal cleats will slide and your throw will wind up some where in right or left center
@xDILLONx25 what are you talking about no? a loopy transfer takes tenths of seconds off your pop time and that could be the diffrence between a out or a safe baserunner. transfer straight to the ear is quicks an ur already set to where you arm should be so it makes a quicker release
